Booking can be done online, and customers can choose a male or a female therapist. The booking form asks about goals, pain areas and any recent injuries, and clients can mark areas on a body diagram. Customers can also earn points on each visit, with the phone number as their member ID.
Customers who have written about the studio say it is clean, warm and relaxing, and that a complimentary herbal tea is offered. One client was able to book at short notice, late in the working day, when a headache was starting. Another says the therapists explain what the client wants and check the pressure during the session.
