Seoulful Table is an affordable Korean restaurant at 112 Creyke Road in Ilam, Christchurch, popular with students and locals. Its signature is crispy Korean fried chicken made from boneless thighs and sliced over salad. Other dishes include Korean tofu rice with soy or chilli sauce, bulgogi topping, a hand-battered pork cutlet with a Korean gravy, cold noodle salad, rice cake pasta with Korean chilli sauce, seaweed rolls, dumplings, gimbap and prawn and vegetable tempura. The owner and chef trained in high-end Japanese kitchens before moving to Korean cooking.
