A plumbing and bathroom shop on Connaught Drive in Islington, where staff have tracked down parts that were no longer made. The business sells plumbing supplies and bathroom fittings, and customers can shop online or visit one of its showrooms.
Two customers praise the service. One needed replacement toilet seats for a home built years ago, and staff found two. Another had a kitchen tap break, and the staff member searched for a replacement and gave it to them. Customers describe the staff as helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
Reviews are not all positive. One customer complained about a work vehicle from the business that tailgated them on a long drive south, and said they would not use the company again because of it. That complaint is about driving, not about the shop.
Mitre 10 Mega Hornby, 0.4 km away, is one of them and has far more reviews. Tool Junction, 0.9 km away, is the other.
