A dog boarding, daycare and training kennel at 700 Marshland Road in Marshland, Christchurch. The website says the kennel has 10 years of dog training experience and trains all breeds. Each boarding dog has its own designated unit, and dogs bring a toy but not bedding. Boarding is offered seven days a week. Collection is by 10am, or an extra day is charged, and overnight stays have a minimum two-day charge. A $10 surcharge per animal applies on public holidays. Daycare runs on weekdays, with drop-off between 6.30am and 12pm and collection from 3pm to 6pm, and bookings are required. The office is open from 9am to 12 noon and from 3pm to 5.30pm, and is closed between noon and 3pm each day. All bookings are now made through the Parkavon app.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated, with any new vaccinations given at least seven days before they start. Dogs on heat are not accepted, and must be collected if they come into heat during a stay. Daycare dogs are exercised with a staff member, with no more than five dogs at a time, and each has a crate to rest in between play. Every dog is screened before joining the group. The website lists a full daycare day for two dogs from the same owner at $60 as at 2026, and packages of ten, twenty days at $370, $550 and $700 as at 2026.
