The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm. Appointments are free for enrolled patients. Casual patients need to phone to book. Repeat prescriptions, procedures and materials carry extra charges, and a $30 non-arrival charge applies to appointments missed or cancelled less than 2 hours before the time (as at 2026).
