ACC-related consults follow a similar structure, with a slightly different Community Services Card rate for adults ($19.50) and for the 14-17 age group ($13.00). Additional charges apply for repeat prescriptions, procedures, materials, and for casual (non-enrolled) patients.
Once enrolled, patients can use The Doctors App or Patient Portal to take charge of their own healthcare — booking, changing or cancelling appointments, requesting repeat prescriptions, and viewing lab test results without needing to call the practice. Newly enrolled patients who need an appointment before their enrolment is fully processed are asked to call the practice directly, since online booking only becomes available once enrolment is confirmed.
