For relaxation treatments, guests are welcomed by a knowledgeable host who escorts them to their own private treatment suite — a personal space with an ensuite bathroom and a comfy lounge area. A complimentary 30 minutes is included after every treatment so clients can relax with a herbal tea, take their time freshening up, and ease back into the world at their own pace. Double treatment rooms allow two guests to share the experience side by side, and the spa caters specifically to group celebrations including birthdays and weddings.

The facial menu spans the full range from deeply restorative organic treatments to advanced medical-aesthetic procedures. Relaxation Facials use the professional Janesce botanical skincare range — organic, suitable for all skin types including sensitive — with options from 45 to 75 minutes. Dermalux LED Therapy uses clinically proven light wavelengths (Blue, Red, and Near Infrared) to boost collagen, increase hydration, calm redness, and address blemish-causing bacteria, with no pain or downtime.

The Osmosis Holistic Medi Facials and Osmosis Specialised Facials represent more advanced territory — treatments that work with the skin's natural intelligence rather than against it. The Specialised range includes the Serum Infusion Facial, the Vitamin A Infusion Facial (featuring 2.5% Retinaldehyde and 27 liposomal ingredients), and the Exosome Infusion Facial, all of which can incorporate the RevitaPen Pro — a non-invasive nano-fusion tool that creates temporary micro-channels to drive active ingredients deeper without needles or downtime.
