The bakery evolved from a wholesale business into exclusively retail trading, operating its takeaway shop and catering (pickup only) from 66-68 Springs Road, right next door to the bakery itself. That proximity matters — the pies, quiches and sausage rolls in the cabinet are baked daily, along with the bakery's own style muffins and scones, so what's on the shelf has come straight from the kitchen next door.
