The small print.

Shop vouchers at face value. A $25 pack is five $5 vouchers, one for each shop on the card, good for anything in store, valid for three years. The bingo card and the prizes come with the pack free.

No. Nobody pays an entry fee, ever. A pack is a voucher purchase. The card is a free extra with it.

A set amount of every pack sold, shown on your round before you start. It is paid to your bank account at the end of the round. Prizes and the Open Locally fee come out of the rest, never out of your share.

Nothing. A shop honours its voucher in goods when a player is at the counter, plus any bonus voucher a player wins there, capped per pack sold. No fee, no prize to put up on a pack round.

A visit from every pack sold. Each visitor joins the shop's loyalty card on their first scan, so the shop keeps the customer. The shop's name and photo sit on every card for the whole round, with a free banner and a free message to every player.

A number is drawn every night at 8pm. The first full card wins the grand prize. Lines and crosses win smaller prizes. Ties split. The grand prize grows with every pack sold, between a floor and a cap that are shown on the round.

Every time a shop scans a player's card, the player rolls a scratchie. About half win a small bonus voucher for that shop. The shop's total exposure is capped per pack sold.

A round can carry a minimum. If it is not reached by the date, everyone is refunded in full. A fundraiser round usually has no minimum.

Yes. On your voucher page press Send to a friend. It moves to their phone, and the link dies after one use. The card stays with you.

Yes. A pack of vouchers sold at face value, with a free game that comes with it, is a sales promotion scheme under the Gambling Act 2003 (section 4, authorised by section 18). Nobody pays to enter, prizes are decided by drawn numbers, and the vouchers are real. A paid-entry game on a phone would be remote interactive gambling, which is why there is no entry fee anywhere.

Open Locally builds the round, sells the packs, puts the vouchers and the card in the wallet, draws the number every night, pays the prizes and pays the club's share. Vouchers are sold as agent for each shop. Only the Open Locally fee is Open Locally's income.
